We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if misuse is suspected. 


3. Product Nature & Availability

Livestock

  • Livestock is a natural agricultural product and may vary in weight, appearance, and characteristics.

  • Images, videos, and digital representations are illustrative and may not reflect exact real-time condition.

Meat Products

  • Butchered meat weight may vary due to biological and processing factors.

  • Final delivered weight may differ from live weight.

Availability is subject to:

4. Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are:

  • Estimated and not guaranteed

  • Subject to weather, regulations, logistics, and operational constraints

Customer responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct address and availability

  • Accept delivery within agreed time window

Failure to receive delivery may result in:

  • Additional charges

  • Order cancellation without refund in certain cases


8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of livestock and fresh meat:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Live livestock after selection confirmation

  • Butchered meat products

  • Donation orders

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in cases of:

  • Proven operational failure by Alawar

  • Regulatory cancellation

  • Payment errors

Refund processing time:

7–21 business days


9. Food Safety & Compliance

All livestock and meat processing activities:

  • Follow UAE veterinary and food safety regulations

  • Are conducted in approved facilities

  • Comply with halal standards

Customers acknowledge:

  • Agricultural products involve inherent variability


10. Platform Technology & Digital Experience

Our platform may include:

  • Live barn camera feeds

  • Digital livestock profiles

  • Real-time delivery updates

Technical interruptions may occur.

Alawar is not liable for temporary platform downtime.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Alawar shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Third-party service failures

  • Natural livestock variability

Total liability shall not exceed order value.


12. Intellectual Property

All Website content including:

  • Branding

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Technology interfaces

  • Text and graphics

are owned by Alawar and may not be used without written permission.
