1. Purpose

Alawar Livestock Trading L.L.C (“Alawar”) provides customers with the ability to purchase livestock and donate it through authorized charitable channels. This service is designed to facilitate religious obligations, humanitarian aid, and community support.

 

2. Regulatory Authorization

Alawar is officially permitted by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD), Dubai, to facilitate livestock charity donations and related slaughter coordination.

All charity activities conducted through Alawar comply with:

• UAE charitable fundraising regulations

• Islamic Shariah slaughter requirements

• Government supervision and reporting obligations

• Approved charity partner frameworks

 

3. Scope of Service

Alawar acts strictly as a facilitator responsible for:

• Livestock sourcing and allocation

• Slaughter coordination in licensed facilities

• Logistics handover to charity partners

• Donation confirmation issuance

Alawar does NOT control:

• Final beneficiary selection

• Distribution logistics after handover

• Humanitarian operations of charity partners

 

4. Approved Charity Partners

Livestock donations are executed exclusively through:

• Government‑licensed charities

• Registered humanitarian organizations

• Religious institutions approved by UAE authorities

 

Alawar reserves the right to:

• Change charity partners without notice

• Suspend donation services due to regulatory updates

• Modify execution timelines based on operational capacity

 

5. Donation Workflow

Donation fulfillment follows this sequence:

1. Customer selects livestock and chooses charity option

2. Payment is completed and order confirmed

3. Livestock is allocated for donation

4. Slaughter executed in licensed facility

5. Livestock handed to charity partner

6. Customer receives donation confirmation

 

6. Religious & Slaughter Compliance

All livestock charity slaughter:

• Follows Islamic halal slaughter standards

• Occurs in government‑approved slaughterhouses

• Is supervised by qualified personnel

• May be scheduled based on religious calendars (e.g., Eid)

 

7. Non‑Refundable Nature

Once livestock is:

• Allocated for charity

• Slaughtered

• Handed over to charity

 

The order becomes non‑cancelable and non‑refundable.

 

Refunds may only occur in cases of:

• Operational failure by Alawar

• Regulatory cancellation

• Payment processing errors

 

8. Execution Timelines

Donation fulfillment timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Livestock supply conditions

• Slaughterhouse capacity

• Charity partner scheduling

• Government directives

• Religious seasonal demand

 

9. Transparency Commitment

Alawar is committed to:

• Ethical livestock sourcing

• Accurate donation execution

• Regulatory compliance reporting

• Customer notification transparency

 

However, proof of individual beneficiary delivery is not guaranteed.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Alawar’s responsibility is limited to:

Procurement → Slaughter Coordination → Charity Handover

 

Alawar is not liable for:

• Charity distribution outcomes

• External humanitarian conditions

• Government restrictions affecting charities

 

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
